Its a pandemic! May 2020

And its been another long while since I’ve posted an update since I spend most of my time away from the computer.

It’s May 2020 and the world is in the midst of a pandemic…hopefully not for much longer.  People are pretty much trapped at home and finding things to do.  Luckily for us, life hasn’t changed too much.  My days since retiring in 2014 have consisted of attending to my hobbies, the house and family and meeting friends in various venues.  Life has been good.

But in February of this year the world fell to its knees, a victim of a Chinese disaster of global proportions resulting in a Pandemic of which the world hasn’t seen in 100 years! I’m not going to get into the politics of this disaster but will say that I hope the free world holds the perpetrators responsible.

Life has changed from face to face to face to mask or face to computer screen and virutal meet-up. Thanks for Facetime and Zoom.

This has also led to quarantine knitting, baking and cooking and has resulted in a surge in interest in Sourdough bread making which has led me to update my blog post on my 1-2-3 sourdough bread making which you can find on this blog.
